Erin Heissel

Erin Heissel's work experience includes roles at various organizations. Erin worked as an Associate Director of Marketing Communications at the American Academy of Neurology since March 2019. Before that, they served as a Senior Integrated Marketing Advisor at Advocate Aurora Health from September 2018 to March 2019. Erin also worked at Aurora Health Care as an Integrated Marketing Advisor from June 2017 to September 2018, and as a Product Marketing Advisor from January 2016 to June 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Coordinator at The Karma Group from August 2012 to January 2016. Erin began their career as a Marketing & Client Services Coordinator at Gorby Peters & Associates, LLC from August 2011 to August 2012. Erin also gained experience as a Consumer Marketing Intern at FleishmanHillard from May 2010 to December 2010. In addition, Erin worked as a Student Assistant at Iowa State University Athletics Communications from August 2007 to May 2010, and as a Public Relations Intern at the Green Bay Packers in July 2009.

Erin Heissel completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from Iowa State University. Erin attended Iowa State from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Erin also holds a certification as a Certified Digital Marketing Professional, which they obtained from the Digital Marketing Institute in December 2022.
