Michelle Uher has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michelle began their career as a Project Brand Manager at American Gramaphone, where they managed production, marketing, and branding campaigns for products. Michelle then worked at Navarre Corporation as a Digital Business Development Manager, where they successfully penetrated the digital download market and signed numerous label partners. Following this, they held the position of Senior Director - Digital Marketing at GMR Entertainment, where they built effective client business offerings and provided strategic direction for product launches. Michelle then moved on to GMR Marketing as a Senior Director, where they led multi-million dollar marketing communication programs for Fortune 500 clients. Before their current role, they worked at Target as a Brand Marketing Manager/Consultant, managing marketing strategy and campaign development for various initiatives and partnerships. Since 2012, they have been the Director of Communications and Public Relations at the American Academy of Neurology, overseeing communication efforts for the organization.
Michelle Uher, CAE, APR, CDMP completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from The University of Kansas, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
