Diane Padden has been the Vice President of Professional Practice and Partnerships at the American Association of Nurse Practitioners since September 2013. Diane Padden has a comprehensive education history in the field of nursing. Diane earned their Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from North Dakota State University, where they studied from 1975 to 1978. Later, they attended SUNY Polytechnic Institute from 1990 to 1992 and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. In 1993 to 1994, Diane pursued their Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Emory University. Finally, they completed their academic journey at The Catholic University of America, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nursing Science, studying there from 2000 to 2006.
