Rich Jones has extensive work experience in finance and administration. Rich started their career as an Accountant at the American Geophysical Union in 1993. Rich then moved on to become the Director of Finance & Accounting Services at the Council on Foundations in 1994. In 2007, they joined the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights as the Deputy Director and Chief Financial Officer. Later, in 2012, they took on the role of Deputy Executive Director, Finance & Administration at the American Academy Of Optometry. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer & Deputy CEO at the same organization.
Rich Jones received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland between 1983 and 1988.
