Ryann Wilson

Ryann Wilson is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in journalism and digital media. Currently serving as the Communications Manager and previously as Digital Editorial Coordinator at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons since January 2019, Ryann has also held positions such as Member Services Coordinator and Marketing Intern at The Magnificent Mile Association. Early career experiences include child care roles at the Jewish Community Center and Next Generation Early Education, freelance correspondent positions for various publications including Daily Herald Media Group and Rantoul Press, as well as serving as Sports Editor and Reporter for the Illinois State University Vidette. Ryann earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Illinois State University in 2015.
