John Cianca is an experienced clinician and educator in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, serving as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Baylor College of Medicine since July 1993 and at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston since August 2016. Additionally, John Cianca owns a medical practice and operates the Human Performance Center Houston. Leadership roles include Chairperson of the AAPM&R Medical Education Committee, overseeing educational materials for the organization since November 2019, and President of the Executive Board at the International Institute for Race Medicine from August 2019 to July 2022.
