Franklin Porter

Franklin Porter is a seasoned safety and emergency management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within both corporate and military environments. Currently serving as the Safety Operations Manager at American Addiction Centers since January 2020, Franklin oversees various safety and operational programs for a 1,900-employee corporation, implementing significant safety audits and assessments. Previous military roles include Deputy Chief of Staff and Emergency Management Director in the U.S. Army, where Franklin directed security policies for over 3,500 personnel, developed critical emergency procedures, and enhanced operational efficiency. Franklin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Public Management from Austin Peay State University and a Master’s degree in Emergency Management from Tulane University.
