Katie Bickel

Katie Bickel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of admissions and customer service. Currently serving as the Senior Admission Coordinator at American Addiction Centers since August 2014, Katie provides compassionate care to adults facing substance use and mental health challenges, utilizing research-based methods to support long-term recovery. Previously, Katie held the position of Training Salon Director at Sun Tan City, where responsibilities included hiring and training staff, managing schedules, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Katie also gained experience as a Sales Representative at American Eagle Outfitters and as an Independent Consultant with Southwestern Advantage. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Katie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences.
