Francita Williams

Francita Williams is the President Elect at American Advertising Federation-Orlando. Francita has held this position for 2 years and 1 month, and is also an Executive Committee Member. Prior to their current role, they were with AAF Orlando for 1 year and 1 month as part of the Mosaic Next Generation Leadership Council.

Before their time with AAF Orlando, Francita was with Lake-Sumter State College for 6 years and 7 months as an Information Technology Project Manager, Web Designer - Marketing and Communications Department, and Web Designer - Information Technology Department. Francita was also a Marketing and Public Relations Intern. In their role as Web Designer, they assisted in the development, operation, support, research, trial implementations, and evaluation of the Intranet and Internet interactive technologies for LSSC's website reflective of LSCC's Technology Goals/Plan. Francita was also responsible for designing and maintaining company websites, designing user interfaces, outlining website's structural content, designing digital advertisement, retouching and editing images, capturing photography, and assisting with fulfilling marketing's offers. As Marketing and Public Relations Intern, they developed graphics to support LSSC's brand, monitored and posted on blogs, forums, and social networks, developed keyword analysis, provided support to social media efforts, and maintained tracking report of public relations activity.

Francita has also been with Ad 2 Orlando for 3 years and 1 month as Past President, President, and Public Service Chair. Francita has also been a Designer and Marketer with FVW Designs for 4 years and 1 month, a Graphic Designer with Freelance Graphic Designers for 9 years and 10 months, an Art Director with Odyssey Literary Magazine for 6 months, a Public Service Creative Designer with Ad 2 Orlando for 6 months, Chapter Secretary with Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL) for 11 months, and Digital Media Club President with Seminole State College of Florida for 1 year and 1 month.

Francita Williams has an Associate's Degree from Seminole State College of Florida in Digital Media, which they received in 2014. Francita also has a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, as well as two certificates in Graphic Design from Seminole State College of Florida - one in Graphic Design Production and one in Graphic Design Support.
