Ashley Pineda

Ashley Pineda, PHR, has a strong background in human resources and has held various roles throughout their career. Ashley is currently the Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations at American AgCredit, where they provide strategic leadership and consultation to business units. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at American AgCredit, where they were responsible for talent management and ensuring compliance with state laws and internal policies.

Before joining American AgCredit, Ashley worked at Olam as the Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits, where they developed and maintained the company's compensation and performance framework. Ashley also performed due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, they were the Compensation Benefits Manager at Saint Agnes Medical Center, where they implemented a total cash compensation program and reviewed compensation practices and policies.

Earlier in their career, Ashley worked at iLoveToCreate as an HR Generalist and HR Specialist, where they handled recruitment, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, and benefits administration. Ashley also played a key role in restructuring company pay grades and improving safety programs.

Ashley began their career at Target as an Executive Team Leader and Executive Intern, where they gained experience in operations, soft lines management, and campus coordination. Prior to that, they worked at Red Robin as a Mixo, Server, and CDT.

Ashley Pineda, PHR, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from California State University, Fresno. Ashley attended the university from 2006 to 2010 and completed their undergraduate studies there.

In addition to their bachelor's degree, Ashley has obtained two certifications. In July 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). Similarly, in April 2015, they earned the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. These certifications demonstrate their expertise and proficiency in the field of Human Resources.
