Katie Adams

Katie Adams is an experienced customer support and operations professional with a diverse background in the credit union and agricultural finance sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Support Leader and previously as a Customer Support Manager at American AgCredit since August 2022, Katie has extensive prior experience as an Operations Supervisor at Organized Labor Credit Union and as the Director of Operations at Valley First Credit Union. At Valley First Credit Union, Katie held various roles over a 16-year period, progressing from Teller to Director, which included responsibilities as a Call Center Specialist, Member Service Specialist, Member Service Lead, Trainer, Administrator, Supervisor, Manager, and Senior Manager.
