Luke Massey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Hewitt Associates. Luke later joined National City Bank in 2002 as a Business Analyst/Project Lead. In 2006, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Interlink before transitioning to Dell EMC as a Solution Architect. At Dell EMC, they held roles as a Program Engagement Manager and Technical Delivery Manager. In 2011, they joined CoBank as a Manager and worked their way up to Vice President of Information Technology. Most recently, they were employed at American AgCredit, where they held leadership positions such as Vice President of Information Technology and Head of Product Planning & Delivery. Their most recent role at American AgCredit is the Executive Head of Customer Enablement.
