Patty Vigil

Patty Vigil is an experienced HR Operations Manager at American AgCredit, with over a decade in the HR field. Since July 2012, Patty has overseen the daily administration of the HR Department, reflecting a strong passion for assisting others. Prior roles included serving as a Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed employee training, procedural management, and project support such as implementing Cornerstone HRMS.
