Sandy Withrow

Sandy Withrow is an experienced IT Test Engineer at American AgCredit since June 2018, previously serving as an IT Business Systems Analyst Specialist at AGCS/Fireman's Fund from June 1998 to June 2017. Notable achievements include leading the IT efforts for the retirement of the Billing Application, which involved data storage, post-retirement business access, and development of data queries, all completed on time and within budget. Additionally, Sandy provided critical data analysis and mapping support during the transition of system data to external vendors and played a key role in correcting large-scale data errors in the Billing System through a comprehensive multi-team initiative. Sandy also successfully implemented a new Billing System, overseeing the analysis, requirements gathering, design, and testing phases.
