Kenneth Weine

Kenneth Weine has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, focusing on regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and internal audit. Kenneth has held various leadership roles at companies such as AmericanAg, JVP Partners, Inc., Smart & Associates, Inc, Protiviti, and Joint Venture Associates. Their responsibilities have included directing teams to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, improving financial reporting systems, and consulting on internal audit and SEC compliance. Kenneth served as Chief Audit Officer for AmericanAg, overseeing reinsurance programs and reporting to the Audit Committee.

Kenneth Weine holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Kenneth also obtained an MBA in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Additionally, they have certifications in Market Conduct Management (MCM) from the Insurance Regulatory Examiners Society and as a Certified Insurance Resolutions Director from the International Association of Insurance Receivers.
