Meredith Williams

Meredith Williams is an experienced professional in the reinsurance industry, currently serving as SVP of Reinsurance Strategy and Placement at AmericanAg since September 2016, following a tenure as Vice President of Ceded Re. Previously, Meredith was a Partner at TigerRisk Partners and held the position of Vice President of Reinsurance at Zurich Financial Services, where oversight of treaty purchases and negotiation of terms with multiple Account Managers was key. Earlier career experience includes serving as Reinsurance Manager at Old Republic Insurance Company, coordinating corporate treaty programs and negotiating significant reinsurance protections, as well as managing a staff as Reinsurance Audit Supervisor at the Office of the Special Deputy Receiver. Meredith holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa.
