Joel Swann

Joel Swann is the Owner of Swann Homes, a family-operated home building company in Gulf Breeze, Florida, which Joel established in 2005. With extensive experience in the HVAC industry, Joel has held positions at AAF International since January 2014, including Product Manager for Indoor Environmental Quality and HVAC, Application Engineer, and Filtration Solutions Manager for the Southeast US. Prior to AAF International, Joel worked at Electrolux Major Appliances as Prototype Factory Operations Director, managed Lean Six Sigma projects at ECR International, and provided manufacturing consulting services at Enterprise Florida. Joel's career began at Trane and Weil-McLain, where foundational engineering skills were developed. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and has achieved certification through Six Sigma Academy.
