Michael Flechler

Michael Flechler is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Analyst at AAF International since December 2022, Michael manages the Planful closing and planning software and participates in ERP (SAP S/4Hana) implementation while overseeing finance-related reconciliations. Prior to this role, Michael worked at GE Appliances for a decade, progressing from a Cash Applier to a Senior Accounting Analyst, where responsibilities included leading finance transformation projects, managing the Oracle General Ledger, and conducting training for ERP users. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Louisville.
