Mark Kazemba

Mark Kazemba is an experienced attorney specializing in financial services regulatory, transactions, and operations, with over 26 years in the industry. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for American Airlines Federal Credit Union since March 2023, Mark previously held the position of Partner at Blalack & Williams, P.C. from January 1998 to March 2023, where representation and advice were provided to financial institutions and industry vendors on compliance with various laws and regulations. Earlier, Mark was a Compliance Officer at Delta Community Credit Union from July 1996 to January 1998, serving as in-house compliance counsel for the credit union. Mark holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rhodes College.
