Steven Ritchie

Steven Ritchie serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions and Security at American Airlines Federal Credit Union since August 2019, overseeing enterprise solutions, security, and business continuity programs. Prior to this role, Ritchie was the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management and Chief Information Security Officer at Orange County's Credit Union from May 2015 to July 2019, where responsibilities included establishing a corporate governance and enterprise risk management framework. Ritchie also held the position of Director of Enterprise Risk and Security at Kinecta Federal Credit Union from December 2004 to May 2015, managing enterprise risk, information security, and business continuity efforts. Ritchie holds a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from DeVry University, along with education from Pomona College's Western CUNA Management School.
