Esty Ramirez

Esty Ramirez is a transformational leader and aviator currently serving as the Chief Pilot at American Airlines, where they manage the day-to-day operations and support for the pilots. They previously held significant roles in the US Air Force Reserve, including Chief Pilot of the 18th Air Refueling Squadron and various leadership positions within operational support and airlift wings. Esty also has extensive experience in engineering and project management from their time at Textron Aviation Defense and Beechcraft Defense Company. They earned a B.S. in Engineering Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy and an M.A. in Human Resource Development from Webster University.
