Petra Kralickova

Petra Kralickova, MBA, serves as the Executive Director of The National Museum of Toys and Miniatures, focusing on establishing the Museum's national brand and achieving a sustainable business model through adaptive leadership and performance management. In addition to this role, Petra evaluates national grants for the Institute of Museum and Library Services and conducts operational assessments for the American Alliance of Museums. Previously, Petra generated over $600,000 in donations as the Director of National Development at the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library and held various curatorial and instructional positions at Ohio University and the University of Massachusetts. Petra holds an Executive MBA from UMKC Henry W. Bloch School of Management, an MFA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and a BFA from Ohio University.
