Addy M. Kujawa

Addy M. Kujawa, CAE, DES, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives (AAOE), a position held since January 2010, where responsibilities include managing business development, membership, operations, and team leadership for a professional association dedicated to orthopaedic practice executives. Prior to this role, Addy was the Board Chair for Indiana Connected By 25 from October 2018 to September 2021 and served as a Board Member for the Indiana Society of Association Executives from July 2014 to December 2020. Addy also held the position of Manager of Public Relations at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons from August 1999 to November 2009, focusing on media outreach and engagement. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, completed in 2009, and a high school diploma from DC Everest Senior High, obtained in 1989.
