With three decades of experience in the liquid waste transportation industry, Jimmy has managed line cleaning, sewer and drain cleaning, restaurant plumbing repair, stormwater inlet cleaning, and trap cleaning for projects of all sizes.
He began his career assembling a grease trap waste processing facility in 2000. From 2003 to 2010 he managed a startup residential garbage and recycling business that served 90,000 residences in Fort Worth while continuing to manage grease trap processing facilities. He also received grant money from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to design a biomethane production facility in Fort Worth.
From 2010 to 2013, he consulted for a commodity business and built two recovery plants in Fort Worth and Nashville. The plants recovered fats and oils from restaurant grease trap waste for use as a feedstock for biofuel manufacturers.
