Erin-Leigh Hardy

Erin-Leigh Hardy has extensive experience in environmental science and management, currently serving as the Vocational School and Permitting Manager at American Alpine Institute Ltd since March 2017, where responsibilities include coordination with the Department of Veterans Affairs and management of commercial recreation permits. Previously, Erin-Leigh held roles such as Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator and Permitting and Programs Coordinator at The Intelligence Group LLC, contributing to environmental investigations and report drafting as Staff Scientist II. Additional experience includes serving as an Environmental Scientist at Jacobs, a Community Development/Outreach Associate at Anchorage Community Land Trust, and an Assistant Planner intern with the US Forest Service. Erin-Leigh began expertise in the field with positions as a Ridge Runner for Friends of Acadia National Park and a Family Adventure Guide with the Appalachian Mountain Club. Erin-Leigh earned a Bachelor's of Science in Natural Resources Management and Policy from Green Mountain College.
