Paul Rosser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, climbing, and military instruction. As the owner and consultant at New Leader Development since September 2015, Paul focuses on cultivating leaders through customized seminars that enhance team management, problem solving, and decision-making skills. With over 25 years of experience as a Senior Alpinist and Climbing Guide at American Alpine Institute Ltd, Paul supports clients in achieving personal growth through guided climbs in various challenging environments. Paul served as an Adjunct Special Operations Instructor at the USSOCOM Joint Special Operations University from August 2011 to September 2016, providing leadership training and mentorship to military professionals. Additionally, Paul's military service includes commanding an Army Reserve Battalion with over 300 personnel. An alumnus of the University of North Georgia, Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree and completed studies at the US Army Command and General Staff College.
