Steven Kao

Steven Kao is an experienced Emergency Medical Technician at American Ambulance Service Inc. since January 2021, where responsibilities include immediate assessments and interventions in emergent settings throughout Eastern Connecticut. In addition to EMT duties, Steven has held roles as a Research Assistant at Yale University and the University of Connecticut, focusing on student trust in STEM education and reproductive physiology, respectively. Previous experience includes positions as a Medical Support Assistant at UCONN Student Health Services and various customer service roles in the hospitality and retail sectors. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Connecticut, completed in 2022.
