Nancy's extensive experience as a Corporate Trainer at Software Advantage Learning Center involved teaching Microsoft courses and customizing training for businesses. Early career experience includes supervising a customer service unit at American Family Insurance, managing various human resource duties. Nancy holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Missouri Western State University, along with a BSBA in Management and Psychology.

The American Angus Association is the nation’s largest beef breed organization, serving more than 25,000 members across the United States, Canada and several other countries. It’s home to the worlds largest beef breed registry that grows by nearly 300,000 animals each year. In the first century of operation, more than 10 million head were recorded. Our goal is to serve the beef cattle industry, and increase the production of consistent, high quality beef that will better satisfy consumers throughout the world.
