Beth Green

Beth Green has extensive experience in litigation management and arbitration, currently serving as an Arbitrator on the AAA Roster of Neutrals for Commercial Arbitration since June 2014. Simultaneously, Beth holds the position of Director of Claims Litigation Management at W. R. Berkley Corporation, where responsibilities include oversight of high exposure complex claims and bad faith litigation involving Professional Liability. Prior to these roles, Beth was Senior Vice President & Managing Attorney at AIG from 1993 to 2013 and Senior Claims Counsel at Home Insurance Company from 1989 to 1993, specializing in the defense of legal malpractice claims. Beth holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from The Johns Hopkins University.
