Linda Beyea

Linda Beyea serves as the Vice President of Innovation at the American Arbitration Association since July 2001, overseeing business development and panel development for a 15-state territory in the South and Midwest. Linda is proficient in public speaking on alternative dispute resolution at various workshops and seminars. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President, where systems and accountability metrics were implemented to enhance performance, and Supervisor, managing a team of case managers. Linda's early career involved administering commercial arbitration and mediation cases as a Case Manager. Linda holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and a BA in Secondary Education from Rhode Island College.
