Helen Couch is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management within the real estate and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at American Asset Corporation, Helen oversees financial operations for a portfolio of 42 office buildings and retail shopping centers. Previous roles include Director of Accounting at AS Manager, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting for 27 hotels, and Real Estate Controller at Madison Capital Group, LLC. With a strong background as Controller in various organizations such as Middleton Meyers Management, Extended Stay America, and Campus Crest Communities, Helen has demonstrated expertise in both multi-entity management and investor relations. A graduate of Clemson University, Helen holds a degree in Financial Management.
