Abigail J. Rex

Abigail J. Rex, CPM, ARM, is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience in the multifamily sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Multifamily at American Assets Trust, Inc. since November 2017, Abigail previously held the position of Director of Multifamily within the same company. Prior to that, Abigail was a Regional Property Manager at Capital Growth Properties Inc. from November 2007 to November 2017, effectively managing a diverse portfolio that included multifamily residential and commercial properties. Beginning the career as an Assistant Property Manager at McMillin Investment Properties, Inc. and as a Leasing Manager at Metric Property Management, Abigail has developed a strong foundation in property management. Abigail holds a BA in Psychology from San Diego State University, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
