Evangeline Chau

Evangeline Chau has extensive experience in property management and administrative roles, currently serving as an Assistant Property Manager at American Assets Trust, Inc. since July 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing two Class A commercial buildings and a retail property while managing vendor performance. Prior to this, Evangeline held various positions including Property Assistant, Property Administrator at JLL, and Guest Service Agent at Hilton Garden Inn, showcasing a strong foundation in both property management and customer service. Additional experience as an Assistant Coach at College Of San Mateo and various administrative roles demonstrates a well-rounded skill set in team management, event coordination, and organizational support. Evangeline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from California State University - East Bay and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the College of San Mateo.
