Bob Barrett

Bob Barrett is an experienced podcast host and producer with a career spanning several organizations in public media. Currently, Bob produces podcasts for the American Association for Clinical Chemistry since September 2009 and hosts the Clin Chem podcast. Bob previously worked with WUWF Public Media from July 2013 to May 2024, serving as a producer, reporter, on-air host, and voice talent. At WAMC Northeast Public Radio from October 2001 to June 2022, Bob produced and hosted the syndicated radio program/podcast The Best of Our Knowledge, along with producing and hosting "The Health Show" and "The Environment Show." Bob's earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager and morning show talent at WNYQ/WENU Radio from June 1996 to September 2001, managing a six-station cluster and hosting a morning show on the flagship Hot A/C station. Bob Barrett holds education from SUNY Adirondack.
