Ted Morgan

Ted Morgan has a diverse work experience in the field of digital services and online communications. Ted started their career at The Heritage Foundation, where they served as Director of Online Communications and later as Director of Information Systems. During their time there, they successfully improved project management methodologies, realigned teams and responsibilities, and oversaw the development and rollout of numerous websites and digital products.

In 2007, Ted joined the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD) as Director of Online Communications. Ted was responsible for enhancing and marketing the organization's digital properties, including the redesign of their primary website and the creation of a new website for a teacher-focused initiative.

In 2009, Ted joined The Endocrine Society as Director of Web Services. Ted was enlisted to enhance the society's digital properties and played a key role in major strategic initiatives to rebuild their technology infrastructure. This included managing projects to implement a new content management system, learning management system, and association management system, as well as creating a multi-year strategic initiative to accomplish these goals.

Most recently, Ted has been working at the American Association for Clinical Chemistry as Director of Digital Services and User Experience. Their role involves overseeing digital services and user experience strategies for the association.

Throughout their career, Ted has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and technical skills, and has consistently delivered successful digital solutions for their employers.

Ted Morgan received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland from 1996 to 1999. Ted later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Johns Hopkins University, where they studied from 2001 to 2007. In September 2016, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) certification from ICAgile.
