Shawn Jing

Shawn Jing serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at the American Association for Thoracic Surgery (AATS) since May 2024. Prior to this role, Shawn held various positions at Everbridge, including Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering and Senior Production Manager, from August 2019 to May 2024. Shawn's extensive experience also includes a tenure at NC4 as Senior Manager of IT Operations, Data Center Operations Manager, and Senior DBA from November 2007 to July 2019. Before NC4, Shawn worked as a Senior DBA at USA Today and the Highway Loss Data Institute, and as a DBA at the Motley Fool. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and an Associate of Arts in Computer Science from Montgomery College.
