Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) is responsible for strategic decision-making and overseeing the organization's operations. This team, comprised of the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, Chief Academic Officer, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Communications Officer, ensures the implementation of AACN's mission to set quality standards in nursing education, advocate for nursing research and practice, and foster public support for the profession.
