John Dyer

John Dyer has over 25 years of work experience, with their most recent position being Associate Vice President of Workforce Development at the American Association of Community Colleges since September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Workforce and Economic Development at the same company from August 2015 to September 2021. John also worked as a Consultant for the American Association of Community Colleges from January 2015 to July 2015.

Before joining the American Association of Community Colleges, John worked at White Mountains Community College, where they held various roles. John served as the Director of Community and Corporate Affairs from July 2009 to January 2014 and as the Director of Workforce Development and Community Education from September 2005 to July 2009. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at the college from 1996 to 2009.

John Dyer attended Leadership New Hampshire from 2007 to 2008, and Leadership North Country from 2006 to 2007. John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from California State University-Sacramento.
