Eunice Kim is a dedicated finance professional with a strong background in investment banking and research. Currently an Incoming Global Investment Banking Summer 2025 Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, Eunice has also served as a Research Intern at the American Association of Individual Investors, where responsibilities included guiding individual investors through investment resources. As an Analyst in the Northwestern University Investment Management Group, Eunice contributes to managing an investment fund, while also working as a Research Assistant at the Kellogg School of Management. Additional roles include Social Events Coordinator for Women In Business at Northwestern University and Vice President of Marketing and Outreach for Scholars of Finance. Eunice is set to gain further experience as an Incoming Direct Lending Summer 2024 Associate Intern at Fidelity Investments, previously interning at Essex Realty Group, Inc. and serving as a Private Equity Summer Analyst at DuneGlass Capital. American Association of Individual Investors (AAII)
The American Association of Individual Investors is a nonprofit organization with about 170,000 members whose purpose is to educate individual investors regarding stock market portfolios, financial planning, and retirement accounts. AAII “assists individuals in becoming effective managers of their own assets through programs of education, information and research.” The organization markets itself as an unbiased source of investment information because of its not-for-profit status. AAII has educated over two million investors and continues to help them develop their "investment philosophy" based on individual objectives. This is accomplished by illustrating how to evaluate different investment vehicles and opportunities, showing how to obtain necessary information for effective decision making, and even informing investors how various investments relate to each other within the economic climate.
