Jasmi Shibilee is a seasoned IT professional with substantial experience in system analysis and software engineering. Currently serving as the Lead System Analyst at the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators since October 2023, Jasmi has previously held the position of Senior System Analyst at the same organization from January 2018 to August 2023. The American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) is a tax-exempt, nonprofit organization developing model programs in motor vehicle administration, law enforcement and highway safety.
