Melinda Stephens

Melinda Stephens, CSM, CSPO, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Identity Management and Lead Business Analyst at the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) since November 2014. In this role, Melinda acts as a Subject Matter Expert, Product Owner, and Scrum Master for significant IT Driver Licensing systems projects, addressing the needs of stakeholders across all 51 jurisdictions and federal partners, backed by a robust knowledge of DMV systems and processes. Previously, from February 2006 to October 2014, Melinda was the Program Coordinator and System Modernization Lead at the Utah Department of Public Safety, where responsibilities included acting as a Business Analyst and supporting system modernization initiatives for the Utah Driver License Division and other state agencies.
