Patrick Fernan

Patrick Fernan currently serves as the Director of Driver Programs at the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators since August 2022, focusing on enhancing safety and identity security for North American motor vehicle authorities. Prior to this role, Fernan held various leadership positions within the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, including Deputy Administrator and Bureau Director, where responsibilities included overseeing significant staff and managing multimillion-dollar operations related to driver and vehicle services.
