Robert Gondi is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure services and strategy. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Infrastructure Services and Strategy at AAMVA, Robert is responsible for implementing the organization's IT Strategic Roadmap. Previously, Robert held the position of Director of Information Technology at MGM Resorts International, where the focus was on delivering and supporting IT solutions for business resiliency. At Freddie Mac, Robert advanced through several leadership roles, including Sr. Director of Engineering and Operations, where responsibilities encompassed operational support and engineering for corporate IT infrastructure, particularly in cloud services. Robert's early career includes roles as a Sr. Management Consultant and IT Manager, where project achievements involved delivering IT solutions to international donor agencies and implementing GIS-based systems in Eastern Europe. Robert holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universitatea Politehnica din Timişoara.
