Cynthia Spriggs

Cynthia Spriggs has over two decades of experience in administrative management at the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS), serving as Manager of Administrative Services since April 2000, where responsibilities include directing office clerical and support services and coordinating meeting-planning needs. In addition, Cynthia is the Owner and Creative Designer at 3Shades Chic, founded in October 2014, leveraging an interior design background to create unique pieces by skillfully mixing color and texture. Notably, Cynthia contributed to the HGTV show "Design to Sell" and has been featured in the Prince Georges County Gazette's home section. Cynthia attended Virginia State University from 1984 to 1986.
