Michele has extensive experience, having served as Head of Global Talent Acquisition at RealPage, Inc. from December 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities included global strategies and analytics for a team of over 40 members. Previous roles include Head of Global Operations, Talent Acquisition at McAfee, and Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Global RPO Transformation at Nokia, overseeing significant recruitment initiatives and team leadership. Early career experiences also encompassed roles at Ericsson as Recruiting Manager for North America and a Senior Technical & Clearance Recruiter. Michele Heath holds a degree from Virginia Tech and is currently a Notary Public in Texas.
