Developer & Instructor AAPT Quantum Computing Workshop For HS Teachers at American Association of Physics Teachers - AAPT

John Dell is an experienced physics educator and researcher with a distinguished career spanning multiple prestigious institutions. Currently serving as a Developer and Instructor for the AAPT Quantum Computing Workshop since June 2020, John also teaches at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology where various advanced courses in physics, including Quantum Mechanics and Electrodynamics, are taught. Notably, John has held significant roles in international education initiatives, such as Co-Director for the RSI program at Tsinghua University and Senior Tutor at KAUST, while also contributing to the development of the TJHSST Physics Olympiad Team. John holds a PhD and MS in Physics from the University of Maryland, alongside a Bachelor's degree from Hampshire College.
