Barley Fields

Barley Fields currently serves as an Associate Program Manager for Multimodal Transportation at AASHTO, a position held since February 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Legislative Correspondent at Jones Walker LLP from July 2021 to May 2022 and as a Research Analyst at the U.S. Tire Manufacturers Association from May 2019 to December 2019. Barley Fields also held roles as an Associate at the GW Socially Responsible Investment Fund and as an Intern for U.S. House of Representatives member Kevin Brady. Additional internships were completed at Harvey-Cleary Builders and as a Coach for The Woodlands Marlins. Barley Fields earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Public Policy/Political Science from The George Washington University, graduating in 2021.
