Brian Johnson has been involved with AASHTO since November 1998, currently serving as the Accreditation Program Manager, where responsibilities include managing a team, coordinating with various entities, and overseeing customer relations, all while ensuring program integrity and effectiveness. Since August 2020, Brian has also hosted the AASHTO re:source Q&A Podcast, discussing important topics in construction materials testing and quality. Previous roles include Quality Analyst, focusing on customer management and accreditation activity, and Laboratory Assessor, which involved evaluating laboratories for compliance with AASHTO and ASTM standards across the US and Canada. Brian holds a B.S. in Environmental & Renewable Resource Economics from Penn State University, earned between 1993 and 1998.
