David Dubov-Flinn is the owner of Dubov-Flinn Consulting, LLC, since March 2023, and serves as the Senior Web Services Manager at the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) since August 2000, where management of extensive web and digital properties supports transportation professionals. Prior experience includes a Project Manager III role at Avalon Integrated Services, Inc., focusing on web-based projects for government clients, and a brief tenure as a Photojournalist with the American Red Cross, where web newsgathering was performed. Notably, as the Mars Pathfinder Webmaster at Jet Propulsion Laboratory from 1994 to 1997, David developed and managed a high-traffic mission website. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Drama from Bennington College and attended Bedford Modern School.
