Marc Pearce

Marc Pearce is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and organizational management. Currently serving as a Board Member at Donate Life America and as President and CEO of the American Association of Tissue Banks since June 2020, Marc leads a significant non-profit organization with a focus on tissue banking. Prior roles include Vice President at Creative Testing Solutions, where oversight of IT and Customer Service Departments was combined with business development and marketing efforts, and Chief Staff Officer of the National Blood Foundation, managing financial, programmatic, and board activities. Marc also held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at AABB, significantly contributing to the association's revenue, and served as Chief of Staff at the National Association of Drug Court Professionals. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Maryland and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Georgetown University.
